The premise
An ancient Aztec cloth with a curse accidentally finds its way into the possession of a young woman. She decides to make a dress from the cloth. Whoever wears this cloth/dress comes under its spell; all inhibitions and moral responsibilities are lost.

When a college student repurposes a scrap of ancient Aztec cloth into a striking new dress, she unknowingly stitches a dark curse into every seam. The garment passes from wearer to wearer, and with it comes a dangerous unraveling of conscience — turning ordinary people into something far more volatile. This made-for-TV chiller trades on slow-burn dread and supernatural seduction rather than outright gore. Director Tobe Hooper brings a pulpy, stylish energy to a premise that blurs the line between personal freedom and possession.
