The premise

Maternity wards echo with the patter of tiny claws as more murderous baby-faced monsters are born. But rather than kill their monstrous offspring during delivery, cursed parents flee to secret incubation hideouts.

The mutant infant terror unleashed in the first film has spread — more murderous creatures are being born, and the authorities are determined to destroy them before they can cause havoc. A network of desperate parents, unwilling to surrender their monstrous children to extermination, goes underground to protect what they've brought into the world. The film twists conventional parental instinct into something deeply disturbing, pitting raw emotion against cold institutional force.
