The premise

When God loses faith in humankind, he sends his legion of angels to bring on the Apocalypse. Humanity's only hope for survival lies in a group of strangers trapped in an out-of-the-way, desert diner with the Archangel Michael.

Horror Vault's take

When a higher power decides humanity's time is up, the only thing standing between extinction and survival is a rogue archangel and a ragtag group of strangers holed up in a remote desert diner. Waves of possessed humans — and something far worse — descend on the isolated stopover as the small group scrambles to understand why they, of all people, matter to the fate of the world. Legion blends biblical mythology with siege-movie tension, pitting the divine against the defiant in a neon-lit standoff against the end of days.
