Confined to a sealed apartment by a severe respiratory condition, a young man becomes an unlikely watchman when monstrous mutant insects begin preying on the residents of his building. Armed with little more than a camera and his wits, he and those closest to him are forced into a desperate struggle for survival within the walls of their own home. The third entry in the Mimic franchise trades sprawling city-wide dread for tight, claustrophobic tension, delivering a siege horror set almost entirely within a single location.
