A road trip through the rural American South turns into a blood-soaked nightmare when two bickering friends pick up a mysterious female hitchhiker — and pick up an unwanted tail in the form of a hulking, disfigured madman behind the wheel of a monstrous truck. What starts as a buddy comedy on wheels quickly escalates into a frantic fight for survival against a pursuer who is every bit as relentless as his vehicle is enormous. Equal parts gross-out horror and raunchy humor, Monster Man leans hard into its low-budget charm and doesn't shy away from the red stuff.
