The premise
A young nurse with a domestic abuse past starts working the night shift at a small hospital, where, during the night, the ghost of a nurse materializes.

A young nurse carrying the scars of a troubled past takes on the graveyard shift at a modest Mexican hospital, hoping for a fresh start. But as the hours stretch into darkness, she discovers the wards hold more than sick patients — a ghostly figure haunts the corridors, rooted in local myth and legend. Set against the eerie stillness of a Mexico City night, the film weaves personal trauma together with supernatural dread. What begins as a new chapter quickly becomes a fight to make it to morning.
