The premise
Martin, a law student, takes up a job as a nightwatchman at a mortuary to fund his studies. But the mortuary harbours a dark secret, and he has to find the truth before he is implicated in a serial murder case.

When Danish law student Martin lands a night-watchman shift at a local mortuary, what seems like easy money quickly becomes something far more sinister. A serial killer is at large, and circumstantial evidence begins to close in around Martin in deeply uncomfortable ways. The film wrings dread from its cold, sterile setting — corridors of the dead have rarely felt so threatening. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Kim Bodnia headline this taut Scandinavian thriller that walks a razor's edge between mystery and outright horror.
