The premise
Framed for assassinating the Grandmaster, the Lost Ninja Clan must battle their way up an underground nuclear bunker filled with hordes of supernatural enemies, mutants and flesh eating zombies. Trapped a thousand feet below the earth's crust, these ninjas will face hell.

Framed for a murder they didn't commit, the warriors of the Lost Ninja Clan find themselves trapped deep inside a fortified underground bunker with nowhere to run and no one to trust. Every level they fight through brings deadlier adversaries — from grotesque mutants to ravenous flesh-hungry hordes. Equal parts martial-arts brawler and horror gauntlet, the film pits skill and brotherhood against sheer monstrous numbers. Escape means carving a bloody path upward through the earth itself.
