Five years after the chilling events that shook the franchise, a seemingly ordinary suburban family begins noticing deeply unsettling disturbances after a mysterious woman and her strange young boy move in next door. Told through the family's webcams, laptops, and security footage, the horror creeps in through quiet hallways and darkened rooms.
