When a frightened teenage girl arrives at a women's clinic seeking help, the staff quickly realize her case is far more complicated than it appears. Her fiercely devout father — played with menacing conviction by Ron Perlman — arrives with her brothers, determined to prevent the procedure at any cost. What begins as a volatile standoff between religious extremism and medical authority takes a sharp turn into darker, supernatural territory. The clinic becomes a pressure cooker where faith, fear, and something deeply unnatural collide.
