Horror Vault's take

A cash-strapped psychiatric hospital built on the bones of an old prison harbors far more than troubled patients and crumbling infrastructure. Deep beneath the facility, something has been evolving in the dark network of tunnels and sewers — and it's hungry. As staff and patients go about their routines above ground, a deadly secret known to only one person threatens to drag the entire institution into chaos. What lurks below is patient, territorial, and very much aware of the humans overhead.
