The premise
In the Australian outback a vicious wild boar kills and causes havoc to a small community.

Deep in the scorching Australian Outback, a monstrous wild razorback boar has been terrorising a remote community with savage, unstoppable ferocity. When outsiders arrive with their own reasons to confront the beast, they quickly discover that the harsh landscape itself is as deadly as the creature stalking it. Director Russell Mulcahy brings a visually striking, almost hallucinatory style to the creature-feature formula, elevating it well beyond standard animal-attack fare. Fans of sun-baked dread will find this a uniquely unsettling entry in the genre.
