The premise
A group of lifeguards attempt to kill an atomic shark that is terrorizing the coast of San Diego.

When a radiation-mutated shark begins terrorizing the sun-soaked shores of San Diego, a scrappy crew of lifeguards finds themselves on the front line of an underwater nightmare. Armed with little more than nerve and determination, they race to stop the beast before the body count rises. Part creature feature, part survival thriller, Saltwater leans hard into its gleefully over-the-top premise. Fans of atomic-age monster mayhem in a modern setting will find plenty to enjoy here.
