The premise
A prehistoric shark (named in the books "megalodon") lurks Mallorca, killing a couple of individuals. A professional diver begins the hunt.

Something enormous and ancient is hunting the sun-soaked waters off Mallorca, leaving a trail of bodies that the local authorities can't easily explain. When a professional diver takes an interest in the killings, the pursuit of a near-mythical predator begins in earnest. This German TV movie transplants the classic killer-shark formula to the Mediterranean, blending creature-feature thrills with a sun-drenched holiday backdrop. Fans of oversized monster mayhem will find plenty to enjoy in its straight-faced take on prehistoric terror.
