The premise

Deep in the Louisiana bayou, a lazy summer outing on the water turns into a desperate fight for survival when a school of genetically enhanced snakehead fish invades Black Briar Swamp. These are no ordinary predators — science has made them something far more dangerous than nature intended. Trapped in a remote, murky wilderness with nowhere to run, a group of locals must outwit and outlast creatures that seem almost impossible to stop. It's a swampy, creature-feature throwback that leans hard into B-movie thrills.
