The premise

Under a powerful Mayan curse, snakes are hatched inside a young woman, slowly devouring her from within. Her only chance for survival is a powerful shaman who lives across the border. With only hours to live, she jumps on a train headed for Los Angeles. Unfortunately for the passengers aboard, they are now trapped, soon to be victims of these flesh-eating vipers.

A young woman is racing against the clock, her body playing host to a terrifying Mayan curse that has set serpents loose beneath her skin. Boarding a train bound for Los Angeles in hopes of reaching a healer who can save her, she unwittingly turns the journey into a nightmare for everyone around her. Passengers find themselves sealed in with a growing, flesh-hungry threat as the miles tick by and her condition worsens. This low-budget creature feature leans hard into its outrageous premise and doesn't look away.
