What starts as a vacation getaway takes a catastrophic turn when a group of friends find themselves stranded in the remote Louisiana bayou after a plane crash. Injured, cut off from civilization, and surrounded by murky water, they quickly realize the swamp's apex predator is the least of their worries — something far worse has claimed these shallows. The Bayou pits desperate survivors against an unforgiving wilderness where every ripple on the surface could be their last.
