Two estranged sisters gather at a remote lake house to honor their late mother, only to stumble upon a mysterious object that has shadowed their family for years. What begins as a somber reunion quickly unravels into something far more sinister as the device's true nature asserts itself. Low-budget and deliberately paced, the film leans on mounting dread and fractured relationships rather than spectacle to deliver its chills.
