The premise
Survivors of a nuclear attack are grouped together for days in the basement of their apartment building, where fear and dwindling supplies wear away at their dynamic.

When a nuclear catastrophe levels the world above, a handful of apartment residents take refuge in a fortified basement managed by a paranoid superintendent. With no rescue in sight and resources vanishing, the fragile truce between survivors begins to crack — and what emerges from beneath the surface of ordinary people is far more monstrous than the disaster that drove them underground. Xavier Gens' brutal chamber piece tests how quickly civilization can collapse into something unrecognizable when hope is removed from the equation.
