The premise

Marine atomic tests cause changes in the ocean's ecosystem resulting in dangerous blobs of radiation and the resurrection of a dormant dinosaur which threatens London.

Horror Vault's take

When mysterious deaths and strange burns begin appearing along the Cornish coastline, scientists suspect the worst: atomic testing has stirred something ancient and enormous from the deep. What surfaces from the River Thames is a prehistoric nightmare, and London finds itself squarely in its path. This late-1950s creature feature channels the era's nuclear dread into a lumbering, irradiated monster on the rampage, blending genuine menace with classic B-movie spectacle.
