The premise
Taking inspiration from The Human Centipede films, the warden of a notorious and troubled prison looks to create a 500-person human centipede as a solution to his problems.
Horror Vault's take
A megalomaniacal prison warden, pushed to his limits by an unruly inmate population, becomes fixated on a grotesque and unprecedented solution drawn straight from exploitation cinema. What unfolds is a feature-length descent into institutional sadism on an almost incomprehensible scale. The film leans hard into its own infamy, blurring the line between fiction and franchise meta-commentary. It is unapologetically extreme, designed to provoke as much as it is to horrify.
