The premise
The life of a young, Japanese schoolgirl is destroyed when her family is killed by a Ninja-Yakuza family. Her hand cut off, she replaces it with various machines-of-death, and seeks revenge.

When a ruthless Ninja-Yakuza clan destroys everything a young Japanese schoolgirl holds dear, she refuses to go quietly into grief. Armed with improvised mechanical weapons in place of her severed hand, she launches a blood-soaked crusade against her tormentors. The Machine Girl is a deliriously over-the-top splatter spectacle that revels in practical gore effects and pulpy excess. It wears its grindhouse heart proudly on its sleeve — or rather, its stump.
