The premise
A vampire attacks a horror author on the street and then invites him to a nearby club as a gesture of gratitude, which turns out to be a meeting place for assorted creatures of the night. The vampire then regales him with three stories, each interspersed with musical performances at the club.

When a vampire takes a peculiar liking to the horror writer he has just bitten, he repays the debt with an invitation to the most exclusive nightspot in town — a club where only monsters drink. What follows is a delightfully macabre anthology of three tales, each spun by the vampire host and punctuated by live musical acts on the club floor. Rooted in the British horror tradition and bolstered by a cast of genre legends, the film wraps its chills in a knowing, tongue-in-cheek embrace. Fans of classic creature features will find plenty to savour in its gleefully old-fashioned atmosphere.
