The premise
In the heart of a city, the inhabitants of a tower wake up one morning to find that their building is shrouded in an opaque fog, obstructing doors and windows - a strange dark matter that devours anything that tries to pass through it. Trapped, the residents try to organize themselves, but to ensure their survival they gradually succumb to their most primitive instincts, until they sink into horror...

When a mysterious, impenetrable fog seals every exit of a high-rise apartment block overnight, its residents find themselves utterly cut off from the outside world. What begins as a collective effort to stay calm and organised slowly unravels as fear and desperation expose the darker edges of human nature. French director and cast bring an intimate, character-driven urgency to this siege of the unexplained, where the greatest threat may not be whatever lurks in the darkness outside. Fans of contained, pressure-cooker horror will find plenty to unnerve them here.
