The premise
Melvin Junko was a nerdy weakling until he fell into a vat of toxic waste, turning him into the first ever superhuman creature from New Jersey. This time, he takes on Tokyo.

The Toxic Avenger Part II cranks up the camp and carnage in equal measure, delivering the kind of gleefully unhinged sequel that only Troma could produce. Fans of the original's signature blend of gross-out gore and slapstick heroics will find plenty to love as Toxie stomps through a whole new continent of mayhem.
