The premise
Now a member of Anteiku, Ken Kaneki grows closer to the ghouls around him. Determined to protect his new home against anti-ghoul forces, he trains his powers in secret. But when the infamous gourmet, Shū Tsukiyama, wishes to savour some half-ghoul flavour, Kaneki's training is put to test of a lifetime.

Continuing his uneasy life among the ghouls of Anteiku, half-ghoul Ken Kaneki quietly hones his abilities while forging fragile bonds with those around him. The arrival of Shū Tsukiyama — a flamboyant and dangerously fixated gourmet ghoul — throws Kaneki's hard-won stability into chaos. What begins as an unsettling obsession escalates into a deadly game of cat and mouse that will push Kaneki's new powers to their absolute limit. This live-action sequel raises the stakes with visceral action and a villain who is as theatrical as he is terrifying.
