The premise
Michiko a high school girl had committed suicide, but she was resuscitated by an alien parasitism. While she brutally murdered men and spawned one after another, her friend Rika met Mayumi. Mayumi was told that she was parasitized by a gentle alien. They decided to fight Michiko.

A Japanese high school girl returns from the brink of death fundamentally changed — and lethally dangerous — after being claimed by an extraterrestrial parasite. What follows is a blood-soaked descent into creature-feature excess as the infected girl unleashes carnage on those around her. Her friend becomes entangled in the chaos when another, seemingly benign alien presence enters the picture, forcing an unlikely alliance. Tokyo Species blends pink-film sensibility with B-movie sci-fi horror for a deliberately outrageous package.
