The premise

A motor-mouthed outsider with no memory of his past is offered a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package across a post-apocalyptic wasteland. With the help of a badass axe-wielding car thief, he’ll face savage marauders driving vehicles of destruction and other dangers of the open road, including a deranged clown who drives an all too familiar ice cream truck.

In a savage post-apocalyptic America where the roads belong to the ruthless, one fast-talking amnesiac courier is handed a shot at a new life — if he can survive long enough to complete a near-impossible delivery run. Teaming up with a resourceful car thief, he tears across a wasteland crawling with heavily armed marauders and worse. Looming largest among the threats is a gleefully unhinged clown piloting an iconic ice cream truck, a figure as terrifying as he is absurd. Equal parts blood-soaked road movie and raucous action-comedy, the series leans hard into its video game DNA without apology.
