The premise
A college student unexpectedly finds that she has inherited a derelict house. Accompanied by a group of friends, she goes there to clear it of heirlooms before the structure is demolished. Almost immediately, she and her friends are targeted by a powerful warlock who is very interested in her bloodline.

When a college student inherits a crumbling old house slated for demolition, she invites her friends along to sort through what remains — unaware that the property carries a far darker legacy than dusty heirlooms. A charismatic and deeply dangerous warlock has his sights set on her and her bloodline, turning what should be a simple weekend task into a harrowing ordeal. As sinister forces close in, the group of friends find themselves pitted against a malevolent power they are wholly unprepared to face. This third entry in the Warlock series trades its predecessors' globe-trotting for a more intimate, house-bound dread.
