When Julia relocates to Bucharest with her husband, she finds herself adrift in an unfamiliar city where she doesn't speak the language — and increasingly convinced that a silent figure watching from a neighboring window is more than just a curious stranger. Her growing unease is compounded by a city-wide hunt for a serial killer, yet those closest to her struggle to take her fears seriously. Director Chloe Okuno crafts a suffocating atmosphere of dread from everyday urban life, turning apartment windows and empty streets into instruments of pure psychological tension. This is a film where the scariest thing may be how little space a woman is given to trust her own instincts.
