When a good-natured young man is mowed down in a callous hit-and-run, a Haitian voodou priestess calls in an old debt to bring him back from the dead — and he has unfinished business. Armed with a baseball bat and unstoppable fury, the resurrected Tony Washington stalks the suburban streets hunting down every member of the crew responsible for his death. Adam West shows up as a detective caught in the middle of a supernatural justice system that operates well outside his jurisdiction. This late-80s canuxploitation curio blends voodoo folklore with slasher-style revenge in gloriously low-budget fashion.
