Trapped deep beneath the surface in a sterile nightmare, a young woman finds herself at the mercy of a clandestine medical operation with no regard for human suffering. The facility's keepers wield a seemingly miraculous drug as both weapon and justification, cycling captives through unthinkable procedures. Escape feels impossible when the very people inflicting harm can also erase its evidence — at least on the surface.
