Seoul lies in ruins after a catastrophic earthquake, leaving survivors to scrape by in a brutal, lawless wasteland. When a young woman is snatched by a deranged doctor with nightmarish ambitions, a hardened huntsman refuses to stand by and wages a one-man war to bring her home. Equal parts post-apocalyptic action and horror, the film leans into the dread of what desperate science can do to the human body. Fans of Korean genre cinema will find plenty of propulsive energy and dark spectacle here.
