The premise
After losing his wife and his memory in a car accident, a single father undergoes an experimental treatment that causes him to question who he really is.

A single father left without his memories following a devastating car accident grasps at an experimental medical procedure as his only hope for reclaiming his former self. What begins as a journey toward recovery soon spirals into something far more disturbing, as the treatment forces him to confront deeply unsettling visions from within his own mind.
