Decades after the original splatter landmark, Fuad Ramses is back in business — this time serving up a very different kind of catering menu in service of a bloodthirsty Egyptian deity. The film leans hard into gore-soaked excess and self-aware camp, delivering a succession of outrageously staged kills that fans of the original will instantly recognize. It's a loving, leering tribute to the Herschell Gordon Lewis legacy, with its tongue planted firmly in cheek even as the body count climbs.
