The premise
A crazed teacher at a respectable girls' school draws power from a medallion she has obtained from the Carpathian Mountains, and uses it to experiment telepathically on the school's newest young pupil.

At a strict girls' boarding school, a fanatical science teacher harnesses the mysterious power of an ancient Carpathian medallion to bend a troubled new student to her will. What begins as an unsettling experiment in hypnotic control soon spirals into something far darker and more deadly. This late-50s drive-in chiller blends mad-scientist ambition with classic vampire mythology, casting a young woman as the unlikely monster at the story's centre. It's a gleefully atmospheric slice of American International Pictures-era horror.
