The premise
A trio of youngsters are tasked with reopening a long-closed, old-time theater at which, many years before, a shocking series of grisly murders took place.

When a rundown old movie theater is handed over to three young workers tasked with restoring it to its former glory, they quickly discover the venue's bloody past refuses to stay buried. Decades after a string of brutal killings horrified its audiences, something — or someone — still haunts the darkened aisles and projection booths. Blood Theatre serves up its scares with a knowing wink, blending low-budget slasher sensibilities with a ghost-story atmosphere. Fans of 1980s cult horror will find plenty to enjoy in this campy, cinema-set chiller.
