The premise
An ex-convict, troubled by dreams that he strangles women, is hired as the caretaker on an estate owned by three very strange sisters. Soon after his arrival, a serial killer begins slaughtering blonde, blue-eyed women - and leaving their eyeballs in a bowl of water.

A man fresh out of prison, haunted by violent recurring nightmares, takes a quiet caretaker job at a remote estate — only for the surrounding countryside to erupt in a string of brutal murders targeting women with blonde hair and blue eyes. The three eccentric sisters who employ him each harbour their own dark secrets, making trust a dangerous luxury. Paul Naschy brings brooding menace to this Spanish giallo-inflected whodunit that keeps suspects multiplying until the very end.
