He will destroy everything in his path and there is only one hunter who can stop him...

Horror Vault's take

Vampire hunter Carrie Rieger has dedicated her life to wiping out the undead, but when an ancient and catastrophic evil resurfaces, she finds herself in the last place she ever expected — negotiating with the very monsters she hunts. Chained and at the mercy of vampire king Pashek, she must convince her immortal enemies that survival demands a temporary truce. With a demon of legendary destructive force bearing down on both humans and vampires alike, the line between predator and prey blurs in bloody, high-stakes fashion. Brotherhood of Blood is a B-movie creature feature that leans hard into its pulpy premise and genre-seasoned cast.
