The premise
After being driven to extinction, great bloodthirsty dinosaurs come back to life with the assistance of a demented genetic scientist. She plans to replace the human race with a super-race of dinosaurs who will not pollute the planet.
Horror Vault's take
A rogue geneticist with a fanatical vision for the planet's future unleashes something ancient and catastrophically violent on an unsuspecting rural community. Dinosaurs — real, ravenous, and very much alive again — are the result of her obsessive tampering with nature's code. Standing between her experiment and total carnage are a handful of locals with little more than grit and desperation. This low-budget creature feature leans hard into practical gore and pulpy sci-fi excess.
