The premise

When a massive blackout plunges New York City into darkness, a troubled young woman finds herself stranded alone in a loft with nothing but her own spiraling mind for company. What begins as a practical struggle for safety quickly becomes a harrowing descent into psychological terror. The darkness outside is frightening enough — but the darkness within may prove far more dangerous.
