When a city newcomer's reckless driving causes a tragic accident in rural Vermont, he finds himself the target of something far older and darker than the law — a death curse laid by a grieving grandfather with genuine mystical power. As inexplicable misfortunes begin to close in, the man turns to a local psychic medium in a last-ditch effort to break the hex before it claims him entirely.
