When her father — a notorious jewel thief — is murdered, Parisian exotic dancer Nicole becomes the next target of a masked, knife-wielding killer convinced she knows the whereabouts of the stolen gems. Desperate to outrun her pursuer, she flees to England, only to find that danger has an uncanny way of following her across borders. Laced with the style and serpentine plotting typical of Italian giallo, the film keeps viewers second-guessing every shadowy figure and seemingly helpful stranger.
