The premise
After being diagnosed with dementia, an elderly war veteran is forced by his estranged family to hire a live-in nurse, only to find she harbors a sinister secret.

A Vietnam veteran's world shrinks dramatically when a dementia diagnosis forces his reluctant family to install a live-in caregiver in his home. What begins as an unwelcome intrusion soon curdles into something far more threatening, as the nurse's polished exterior gives way to disturbing behavior behind closed doors. Trapped by his own failing mind and physical limitations, the old soldier must fight a very different kind of battle — one where he can't be sure who, or what, to believe.
