The premise
Rachel's lover has been secretly using penis-enlargement cream that has an unusual side effect which ultimately leads to an abomination. Meanwhile, Vanna supports her boyfriend Dick, who is a modern-day Victor Frankenstein. The search for the rampaging monster intensifies as more victims fall prey.

A late-night experiment with black-market body-enhancement products spirals catastrophically out of control, unleashing a grotesque creature on an unsuspecting cast of victims. Woven alongside the chaos is a second storyline following a woman whose boyfriend fancies himself a modern Frankenstein, blurring the line between scientist and monster-maker. Equal parts creature-feature mayhem and deliberately outrageous comedy, this micro-budget shocker leans fully into its absurd premise without apology. If you know what you're getting into from the title alone, the film delivers exactly what it promises.
