In a drowned future Earth where dry land is a distant memory, a ruthless Warlord rules the flooded world by commanding massive sharks as weapons of terror. When he takes a young woman captive, he unknowingly sets in motion a confrontation he never anticipated — she carries a rare and mysterious bond with the creatures he calls his own. Part aquatic dystopia, part creature-feature, Empire of the Sharks pits human will against both monstrous nature and monstrous men.
