Years after a catastrophic event reshapes civilization, two estranged men and a young child carve out a fragile existence in a snow-covered ghost town — far from whatever lurks in the outside world. But the uneasy peace between the survivors may prove just as dangerous as the creatures that have seemingly forgotten them. When the monsters do return, the trio must confront both the terror outside their walls and the bitter history between them. Extinction blends slow-burn tension with creature-feature dread in a cold, desolate package.
