The premise

Gory real-life footage of blood and guts on the German Autobahn, drug smugglers getting blown away, a parachutist landing in a crocodile pit, torture and murder in El Salvador, a PCP addict getting stoned, a videotaped rape/murder, a car thief getting ripped apart by two junkyard dogs, and much more.

Horror Vault's take

The third installment in the notorious shockumentary franchise continues its tour through the darkest corners of human experience, blending purported real footage with staged reenactments to document death, crime, and brutality from around the world. Hosted in the series' trademark pseudo-documentary style, it parades viewers through scenes of violent crime, accidents, and atrocities under the guise of sober examination. Like its predecessors, the film courts controversy by deliberately blurring the line between authentic footage and calculated fabrication. It is an endurance test disguised as a documentary, designed above all to shock and unsettle.
