In this late-era Boris Karloff vehicle, a brilliant but morally bankrupt doctor descends into depravity as his scientific ambitions drive him toward increasingly brutal methods. Victims become raw material for twisted experiments conducted in a hidden chamber of horrors, where fear itself is weaponised in the name of progress. Shot as part of a Mexico–US co-production, the film carries the grim atmosphere of late-60s genre cinema while leaning hard into its exploitation roots.
