The premise
In the past few days Rome has been the scene of a singular event: when it rains, the manholes exhale a dense steam whose origin and composition is unknown. No one can imagine that whoever breathes in the mysterious substance will have to deal with what he/she represses, their darkest instincts, their anger. Not even the Morel family.

Rome is gripped by a strange atmospheric phenomenon: when rain falls, manholes release a mysterious vapor that drifts through the city streets. For one ordinary family, exposure to this unknown substance begins to unlock something buried deep inside each of them. What starts as an eerie urban mystery quickly becomes a claustrophobic study in human nature at its most primal. Flowing forces its characters — and its audience — to confront the terrifying question of what we might do if our worst impulses were suddenly set free.
